GUITAR ENCOUNTERS AT BROMLEY

 Guitar Lessons Bromley Kent

Guitar Encounters is a rock and pop-based course. Perfectly suited to any aspiring guitarist from the age of 8 upwards, lessons are taught on electric and electro-acoustic instruments. Classes contain typically 6 to 8 students so there will always be a chance to play as a group to complement solo work. Not only does the course material cover skills and techniques that would make other guitarists green with envy, it also fully supports music in the National Curriculum so you can learn while having fun playing!

Guitar Encounters also teaches general music and guitar-specific notation and theory. It even covers technical issues such as how to correctly set-up and maintain an instrument, and how to use instrument tone controls, effects and amplifier controls to recreate the sounds of guitar legends. The course material includes great music, covering the major milestones in popular guitar styles. Swap your air-guitar for the real thing - now!

JUNIOR PLAY FOR KEEPS at ROMFORD

Junior Lessons for Children at Romford & Bromley

Junior Play For Keeps provides a fun and stimulating environment in which children can enjoy making music on a keyboard. It is open to beginners aged between six and seven and is designed to take the student to an intermediate level. At this stage they then progress to the Play For Keeps course, working towards grade 3.

At the age of six, a child's attention span has started to lengthen and they can stay focused for longer. In Junior Play For Keeps we believe that a fun approach to learning music is important. We achieve this through listening, singing and reading activities. Course material consists of a series of themed text books with a visually striking cartoon-style presentation designed to appeal to children of this age. An examination syllabus is available for the course, which leads to a fully accredited Trinity College of London Grade structure when the student graduates to the mainstream Play For Keeps course, typically at the age of 10.
